Refund Policy
This policy explains your rights to cancel and seek a refund for Bim3Lab subscriptions, including the statutory cooling-off period that applies to consumers in the EU.
1. 14-day cooling-off period (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of subscribing, for any reason. However, because our plugins are digital content supplied immediately, this right is affected once you begin downloading:
- If you have not downloaded or activated the software, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
- If you have downloaded or activated the software, you acknowledge at checkout that supply has begun and that the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies to that purchase. This consent is required by EU consumer law for immediate digital delivery.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a paid period, except where required by law.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for the year. Outside the cooling-off period described above, annual payments are non-refundable, but cancelling stops the subscription from renewing the following year.
4. Problems with the software
If a plugin does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund under your statutory consumer rights. Contact info@bim3lab.com and we will work with you in good faith.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@bim3lab.com with your account email and the reason for the request. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 14 days.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under applicable law, including Spanish and EU consumer protection legislation.
