Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bim3Lab website and the subscription-based plugins and services offered through it. By creating an account, subscribing, or downloading any software, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Bim3Lab is operated by a sole trader (autónomo) registered in Spain. References to "we", "us" and "Bim3Lab" mean that business. You can contact us at info@bim3lab.com.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Plugins and the Suite are offered on a recurring annual subscription, billed once per year.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• Prices are shown exclusive of VAT; applicable VAT is added at checkout based on your location.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

4. Licence

An active subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the relevant plugin on one device per seat, for as long as the subscription remains active. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, decompile or reverse-engineer the software.

When a subscription ends, the licence continues for a 5-day grace period, after which the software ceases to function until the subscription is renewed.

5. Updates

While a subscription is active you receive updates to the subscribed plugin. Suite subscribers also receive new plugins added to the Suite at no additional cost. We may modify, add or retire features, though we aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.

6. Intellectual property

All software, branding, and content provided by Bim3Lab remain our intellectual property. Your subscription grants a licence to use the software, not ownership of it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the software or website to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to circumvent licensing or security measures.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The software is provided "as is". While we work hard to make our tools reliable, we cannot guarantee they will be error-free or suitable for every workflow. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of the software or services is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the website or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
